Research and development

Research and development is an important tool for growing and improving businesses. This tools involves looking for new trends, customer needs and developing improved products according to our customer needs and wants. Using this strategy leads our company through constant innovation and productiveness, helping us to improve our competitive advantage.

There are two ways of Research and development strategy, internal and external research. Due to that we are a small company, we will focus on internal R&D, develop a R&D department on our business to search for new needs and wants according to our customers and although for creating value added to our products.

 

As we are a small business, research and development will be focused on product improvement because our budget and costs are limited. At the beginning, we are going to measure our customer satisfaction by surveys and suggestions to know exactly how we can have a better performance on each one of our products and although in our customer service. Our principal objective with the R&D strategy tool, is to adapt each of our proposals according to market demands (healthy area) and innovations development.
