As a company, our symbols are based on the commitment and motivation of our employees to improve the service and quality of our products, including them part of the brand's image development. For this, sales statistics will be implemented to select the best employee of the month, differentiating and recognizing them with incentives and a different uniform from the rest of the employees, also for each determined time of work in the company they will obtain some pins in their uniform recognizing their experience, generating expectations in our consumers.
The spoken language politic inside our organization is based in a respectful and trustful interaction between all the agents that are involved in the company. For our culture the appropriative use of the language is very important, our managers and employees must use a good, respectful and friendly dialect among them and with the relationships with our customers.
The body language politic is basically the same as in the spoken language, both managers and employees must maintain their composure at the moment of their body expressions, since some of their gestures and interactions can be uncomfortable for the other. They must maintain distance and respect the customers' space, unless the customers themselves allow them to have such interactions.
If it is possible to guarantee this culture of respect and disengagement in the language used inside and outside the organization, a healthy and warm environment can be maintained that will please all those who directly and indirectly influence the company.
