For us to be effective and efficient in the task of monitoring, controlling and evaluating the salesman and also how business is going, we will have a series of tools that will provide us to achieve the goals and objectives from the beginning. Nowadays, with the support of technology, sellers bring a database, as they are able to give specific and timely information of our customers and how the business is running. The sales man will have to give us the following information: 

 

 

Data information:

  • Customer data and ranking

  • Frequency of visit

  • Date of last visit

  • Way to pay

  • Volume form of payment orders planned for this year

  • How and how much to work with competitors

  • Observations.

Daily report:

  • The daily activity of the seller.

  • Sales result.

  • New customers achieved.

  • Products sold.

 

Having this information we could be aware of:

  • Rotation of the product at that time.

  • The behavior of our product in that period.

  • Market trends.
