For some retirement simply means leaving their current job or profession - but they may wish to continue working in a different field. For others retirement means never working again.

In this actual year, 2015, the retirement age is 65 years with 35 years and 9 months of cotization, but if they have not achieved the years of work, they can retire with more than 65 years. In Colombia, the retirement affect negatively some people lives since they have nothing to do without their job. This are the kind of people who live to work.
