Ethical Concerns
At its simplest, ethics is a system of moral principles. They affect how people make decisions and lead their lives.
Ethics is concerned with what is good for individuals and society and is also described as moral philosophy.
The term is derived from the Greek word ethos which can mean custom, habit, character or disposition.
Colombia is going through serious problems in the ethical concerns, and this might be happening because us, as a country, don’t have solid bases of identity the consequences and this have repercussions in the future of the country.
But in the last years the Colombians have been trying to improve this important variable for the operation of a Company through agreements of business ethics.
