ATTITUDES TOWARDS BUISNESS

Colombia has one of the highest masculinity rankings in Latin America. This indicates that the country experiences a high degree of gender differentiation of roles; the male dominates a significant portion of the society and power structure. But since 2016 the gender difference has been lowering considerable and now women are having a better attitude towards business and are being hired for more complex jobs that they did 5 years ago.

A positive attitude toward maintaining high standards for work ethics usually creates a productive environment in which people take pride in the work, and customers, suppliers and partners want to conduct business. Respect and communication, cooperation and teamwork are some of the values practiced in businesses. Now a days, juices business are increasing competition by offering low prices.

Consumers look for a serious business in which they can trust when they need some service. They are looking for quality, respect, honesty, and common ethics to be served with. In a pet industry, the good treat that workers bring can affect relationship with clients, and principles and values that the company follow will be very important for relations with suppliers, competence, allies, workers, and other stakeholders. That’s why Colombia has stand out from other countries in thousand of studies about attitudes, surprisingly one of the happiest countries in the world.
